THE PEOPLE OF SRNS
Cynthia Boler-Melton was honored by the United Way of Aiken County
as its “2020 United Way Loaned Professional of the Year,” but
because her campaign experience was significantly limited by the
pandemic, the United Way asked her to return to support this year’s
campaign.
The loaned professional outreach is an important, strategic
investment made by SRNS and DOE, to support nonprofits in the
communities surrounding SRS. It also provides unique professional
development opportunities in project management, public speaking
and networking with key business and community leaders. “We truly
appreciate our friends at SRNS and DOE sharing Cynthia with us
again,” says United Way of Aiken County President Sharon Rodgers.
Boler-Melton is Director of SRNS Enterprise System Solutions
and, over her 33 year SRS career, has had diverse technical and
managerial experience in analytical laboratory operations, project
support and continuous improvement management. She holds a

she is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Lean Practitioner.
Her life away from work is very family-focused: she and her husband,
